Professor Alfred A. Jarret
Principal Consultant
Is a distinguished social policy scholar and practitioner with over four decades of high-impact experience in academia, government, and international development. Holding a PhD in Social Policy and certified by the U.S. Council on Social Work Education. Head of the Sociology and Social Work Department at the University of Sierra Leone, Head of Department for Social Work at the Alabama A and M, University in Huntville, Alabama, USA, and Paul Quinn College, USA to National Deputy Director of Sierra Leone’s HIV/AIDS Secretariat where he has driven policy formulation, managed multi-million dollar portfolios, and led large-scale program design, implementation, and evaluation.
Dr Moses Abdulai Fullah
Associate Consultant Lecturer and Academic Researcher
Is a distinguished academic and researcher in Sociology and Social Work, senior lecturer and Head of Social Work Department, Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. His interdisciplinary expertise spans teaching, social work, and applied social research, with a focus on sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), homelessness, domestic violence, correctional social work, environmental disasters, and post-disaster recovery in post-conflict Sierra Leone. His PhD dissertation employed Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) to examine contested narratives between state institutions and disaster-prone communities, revealing how official discourses often silence grassroots knowledge.
Mohamed Fullah
Associate Researcher Data Scientist
is a senior research, data, and programme management consultant with over ten years of experience leading national-level research programmes and development interventions across health, education, youth, and governance in Sierra Leone. He holds an MSc in Data Science (University of East London) , an MSc in International Public Health (Liverpool John Moores University) , and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology (Njala University) . This interdisciplinary foundation underpins his expertise in advanced analytics, public health systems, and applied social research.
Kandeh Baba Conteh Esq
Barrister and Solicitor
Is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of Sierra Leoneand dual-qualified legal and policy professional, serving as the Legal Officer of the Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority, Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. Mr Conteh specialises in legislative gap analysis, policy formulation and analysis, feasibility assessment, and the development of advance-informed recommendations. He delivers high-impact technical reports, policy briefs, and discussion papers for senior management. He holds an LLB (Hons), Barister at Law (BL) and a Master’s in Research and Public Policy, alongside a professional Certificate in Sustainable Development Goals and the Law from the University of Cambridge (2025), and further qualifications in Finance and communication.
Isata Janet Kamara
Associate Researcher Public Health Expert
Holds a Master’s in Public Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and she's a State Registered Nurse (SRN) from Njala University, Sierra Leone. She also holds a Certificate in Midwifery and is a State Enrolled Community Health Nurse (SECHN) from Eastern Polytechnic, Kenema, Sierra Leone. She is a dedicated Public Health Professional with over a decade of experience bridging direct patient care with large-scale epidemiological research. Her background in nursing, midwifery, and public health enables her to translate complex data into actionable insights, strengthen community engagement, and promote evidence-based health interventions.
